ABC Program
Stratos is dedicated to forming
relationships that endure – that’s why we created the Above and Beyond
Certification (ABC) Program for our service partners and the clients
they serve. The internal ABC Program rewards the service team, and the
accompanying facility, that has raised the bar of quality service to
the highest possible level in the following categories:
- Maintenance and Safety
- Personnel
- Customer Satisfaction
The facility manager(s), supervisor(s) and a member of the cleaning
crew make up an internal auditing team, which conducts a rigorous
40-point inspection and evaluation in each of the specified categories.
No team or facility is rewarded ABC status unless a 100 percent
consensus is reached. Stratos service teams throughout Memphis, Tenn., Tuscaloosa, Ala. and Mississippi are undergoing inspections to achieve this coveted status. Contact us to find out more!
